​Shelford is a small and vibrant rural locality in central Victoria Australia.

The township is nestled in the valley of the Leigh River, with surrounding farmland spreading across volcanic plains.​

Shelford is part of the Golden Plains Shire, with the latest Census data showing Shelford is home to 77 families with a total population of 263.
